--Who is silly?--
Silly is a fursona made by Lancey, one of FNF Vs Dave and Bambi: Golden apple edition's developers. They are a green dog with pink paws, both on feet and hands. They occasionally wear a white sweater and/or a white hat with 3 stickmen on it. They are also genderfluid and abrosexual(?).
There also exists a female variant of them, which has eyelashes, always wears the white sweater and instead of a hat wears a white bow on their right ear.
Or on different occasions they wear a sweater and a bow with the demigirl flag colours replacing the original white colour, which references the fact that Lancey is a demigirl.
